Run SURFEX on Meteo-France HPC

First of all, you will need to install vortex (see :ref:`install-vortex`).

On Belenos, before running your s2m command, you have to do:

   module load python/3.7.6nomkl
   
Then, runs are launched with the s2m command, as usual. Please refer to the vortex-specific options in the s2m documentation (:ref:`s2m-command`).
